The crew did an awesome job at my place. They got all the hard to reach places and didn’t miss anything. They were able to clean my front porch posts, which I thought were a lost cause and needed to be replaced. They put everything that they moved back in its place. Wow! The team at C&S were AWESOME from the get go! The owner of the company responded to the voicemail I left inquiring a quote for pressure washing my home. I had a quote within an hour of my request. The Secretary/Bookkeeper, Jessica, called to schedule my appointment. What a sweet, kind person! She was very accommodating to my schedule. I also had a concern from a different pressure washing company that left me with great pause. Jessica took time to make sure the guys understood this concern. Jessica, you are AWESOME! At 8 o'clock, sharp, two young men showed up ready to work. What great guys, Dalton and Zack. They may be young, but they were very professional. Dalton took time to talk with me about my concerns and then walked around the house showing me everything he would be cleaning. Unbelievable. Our deck was in serious need, and C&S took on the challenge and absolutely CRUSHED IT. These are some HARDworking gentlemen, and they do not disappoint. Jacob and Justin were thorough and diligent, caring not just for the work they were there to do but also mindful of my plants. I was worried about my 30-year-old azaleas surrounding and adjacent to their work area. But they took great care with absolutely ZERO damage. Old azaleas are impossible to replace. I highly recommend C & S for house washing. From the start, Chris was a great communicator. Arrived right on time. They were extremely careful with my delicate spring flowers in the beds around the base of my house. The house siding looks brand new all fungus and algae removed! 10 out of 10! These are real professionals in every respect.

Jacob and his Parade of Employees showed up at the house...just for a quote...2 minutes later the quality and comfort of having this crew take care of all I don't have time for, not equipment for...the whole crew was pulled ng out hoses and equipment and just getting it done. They did excellent work and the crew worked hard and carefully. My biggest concern was any potential for water to penetrate the wall cavities and attic. They took care to make sure that did not happen. Yes, I would and will hire C & S again. I have known Jacob for many years and knew his good reputation and professionalism.
